My name is Theresa. I am a single Mom being sued for sharing a story on Tiktok under the username Nashmomadventures to keep 

my daughter safe.

My stated purpose in creating these videos was to “bring awareness - both generally as to the harms of GROOMING and MANIPULATION as well as ALARMING behavior towards my minor daughter so others could navigate similar situations with greater knowledge after living a nightmare strangers caused us.

This is a story of a Mother blindsided by strangers enticing her daughter to come live with them and leave the state behind her Mother's back by offering luxury gifts including cars, trips, and new phones to a teenager simply frustrated with her Moms rules and boundaries almost any normal parents have. These individuals were told repeatedly to stop communication with the minor child and after agreeing to do so continued secret communication pushing the child to not only do everything possible to leave her home but to invent, produce and turn over (not once but twice) anything negative that could be used against her Mother as a form of control.

After sharing my story of what was done to my minor child and the incorrigible actions that two dangerous individuals used to manipulate a local court system in what can only be an unprecedented attempt for strangers to take custody of a child they only recently met to avoid criminal charges I was sued by the lawyer who traumatized my family for sharing what he did. This lawsuit has continued for over 1.5 years costing a single Mom over $130K to defend herself from absolute strangers who became fixated on her only daughter.  After winning the lawsuit  they are now filing an appeal to create additional financial hardship.
